Tai Chi, Qigong and Reiki Courses in Bexley and South East London

Tai Chi

Bexley and South East Tai Chi offers small, friendly Tai Chi (Taijiquan) classes that are suitable for all levels of fitness. Its slow moving, continuous and flowing exercises are practised for its benefits to health and the movements, along with a focus on breathing, have a calming effect.

Occasionally Chinese Masters come to the classes to instruct the students.

NEXT BEGINNER INTAKE from 7th January 2019 - Enrolling now!

If you have previously practised Tai Chi elsewhere you may be able to join one of our intermediate/advanced classes at anytime (please phone or email beforehand to discuss your needs and find the class most suitable for you)

GIFT VOUCHERS AVAILABLE - would make a great Birthday or Christmas Present!

Weekly classes take place where students can work within their own ability without any strain on the body as the movements are slow and within a 'comfortable' range of motion. All movements can be adapted to suit the abilities of each individual person. Beginners should inform the instructor of any relevant health so the instructor can adjust the lesson to suit their particular needs. Courses run on a termly basis and it is advisable to book well in advance as places are limited and our classes are very popular.
